Your Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operations of the supply chain team
Own the flow of goods like a conductor: manage, monitor, escalate when needed.
Define and track KPIs — and make sure the team delivers on them.
Coordinate across departments (local teams, inbound, warehousing, etc.).
Participate in team meetings, bring clarity, and ensure issues are followed through.
Proactively plan for upcoming seasons and handle any arising challenges.
Escalate operational blockers, but own the solution path whenever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills – you make decisions based on data.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.).
Someone open to change and hungry to grow
Comfortable in an evolving, fast-moving environment.
