Role Summary:
Supply Chain System Analyst is responsible for helping to analyze and bridge the gap between our global supply chain operations and our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a person who has extensive experience in the Plan to Pay (P2P) lifecycle including SIOP, Materials Planning, PFEP, Sourcing and Procurement workflows.
The candidate will assist in the development and creation of an efficient Supply Chain systems architecture, ensuring that our technology stacks (ERP, SAP IBP, Ariba SRM and AI-driven tools) align with our supply chain business processes. The candidate should be a tech-forward professional who is not only comfortable with traditional project management processes and tools but also actively exploring Generative AI and learning the use of AI driven models for supply chain focused workflows.
RESPONSIBILITY
Process Optimization
Analyze and map complex “As-Is” and “To-Be” supply chain process, focusing on Planning, Sourcing, Procurement and Procurement Management cycles.
Develop cases and functional specifications.
Data translation
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for IT development teams, ensuring solutions are scalable and robust.
Systems Advocacy
Functional system analyst for supply chain IT systems (S4 HANA, Oracle, SAP IBP, Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and AI driven tools) ensuring data integrity and systems health.
AI Integration
Research and implement AI/Machine Learning use cases for sourcing, procurement, supplier management and supplier risk management.
Project Management
Project manage cross-functional projects using agile or waterfall methodologies, managing timelines, stakeholders’ communication and UAT (User Acceptance Test)
Testing and Validation
Design and execute pertinent tests and validate the solutions with users to ensure the successful implementation.
Troubleshoot issues.
Training
Provide training for end users.
Required Skillset
Strong understanding of SAP/Ariba modules, particularly in areas like planning, sourcing, procurement, and invoice management (SAP IBP, SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts and SAP Ariba SLP)
SAP Materials Management (MM).
Supplier Master Data Management and Governance.
Plan to Pay process in industrial manufacturing environment.
Ability to analyze business processes, identify problems, and propose solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working experience on similar capacity for more than 5 years with at least 2-3 Ariba life cycle

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
PMP Certification.
SAP MM Functional Consultant Certification.
Certifications in SAP Ariba procure to pay modules.
Certified Supply Chain Professional.
Geographically mobile for engagement opportunities.
Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
