Prepares and reports financial data in support of the Materials Support Services Business group and the organization supply chain. Performs analysis of financial information to support the vendor and product selection process. Captures and tracks clinical, non-clinical and contractual supply chain savings opportunities. Performs special projects, periodic and ad hoc financial analyses.
Job Responsibility
- Prepares and reports financial data supporting the Materials Support Business group and the organization supply chain.
- Utilizes available technology to track supply and related expenditures.
- Analyzes financial data to support the vendor and product selection process.
- Captures and tracks clinical/non-clinical and contractual supply chain savings opportunities captures and records rebates receivable.
- Evaluates opportunities against baseline.
- Tracks performance improvement.
- Reconciles amounts paid to receivable balance and ensures income/expense reduction is recorded.
- Performs special projects and ad hoc analyses in support of the Material Support Services group and the organization supply chain.
- Identifies potential issues independently.
- Provides functional support to application EPM Insight development; coordinates implementation of the application EPM module for materials support services and is responsible for ongoing support.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
