Your Role 

The Supply Chain Coordinator will provide comprehensive leadership and support to the Senior Director of Supply Chain for the Americas, overseeing a broad spectrum of operational, strategic, and managerial coordination critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency. This role requires advanced organizational expertise, strategic foresight, and the ability to lead initiatives in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly adaptable, and proficient in driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve superior supply chain outcomes.

Responsibilities 

Supply Chain Operations Coordination

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including advanced procurement strategies, vendor management, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination to ensure resilience and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and sustainability initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions to develop and execute integrated supply chain plans that align with business objectives.

Project and Team Leadership

  • Direct complex supply chain projects, such as system implementations, supplier diversification, and global sourcing strategies, under the Senior Director’s oversight.

  • Manage project portfolios, including resource allocation, budget oversight, and performance tracking to deliver results on time and within budget.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data using advanced tools to forecast trends, manage risks, and drive data-informed decisions.

Strategic and Administrative Support

  • Oversee executive planning, including strategic scheduling, international travel, and high-level meetings to support the Sr Director's priorities.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment.
  • Function as a key liaison with internal leaders, external partners, and vendors, negotiating contracts and resolving complex issues.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives, including stakeholder engagements, compliance audits, and innovation projects to advance supply chain goals.
Your Profile 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain best practices, including lean methodologies, global trade compliance, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Experience leading initiatives in multicultural or international settings, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in supply chain, such as AI, blockchain, and IoT.
Education & Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with proven leadership in operations or project roles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Superior organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills in dynamic, global environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a record of building strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting complex data and developing actionable strategies.
  • Commitment to managing confidential information with integrity and maintaining executive-level professionalism.
