Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines expertise in order management, material planning, and NPI planning to support our global Supply Chain and manage EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-tech environments, Priority ERP system, and cross-functional collaboration. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices at Raa’nana/from home), reporting to the Director, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Track orders from entry to delivery and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Process RMA and Web orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the daily interface with Front warehouses to ensure a smooth & efficient delivery process.
- Manage interfaces between order platforms and ERP (Priority) system.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Purchasing, Digital, and Marketing teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Generate and analyse order-related KPIs and reports.
Material Planning & NPI Material Planning
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes by coordinating material readiness and orders flow (Bom & availability analysis).
- Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure timely availability and minimize inventory costs.
- Conduct Aging, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) analysis and manage scrapping processes.
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste through data-driven decisions.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover and E&O reduction.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and EMS partners to ensure smooth ramp-up and launch.
- Track NPI milestones and ensure timely execution of supply chain deliverables.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-tech companies, with proven material planning and order management expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (MUST) and Priority ERP systems.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and data-driven solutions to optimize supply chain activities
- Experience with EMS environments and production floor processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
