The Supply Chain team is responsible for managing the end-to-end planning for all of Verkada’s hardware products as well as executing supply chain initiatives that enable Verkada to plan, build, and deliver products more efficiently. As a part of our growing Taiwan team, you will jump right into Verkada’s day-to-day operations by leveraging your organizational and time-management skills to tackle a wide variety of challenges. In this role, you will also be supporting the Workplace team to ensure smooth office operations in the Taipei office. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Taipei, Taiwan office
- Maintains ERP data for assigned supplier(s), product(s) or team
- Conduct data verification and process supplier invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments in partnership with the AP team
- Work with SC team to manage day-to-day operations and group initiatives under consistent leadership oversight
- Coordinate requests with external partners to support day to day activities (including warehouses, 3PLs, suppliers, etc.)
- Collaborate with Hardware (Engineering and/or Operations) team members to address supply chain related inquiries
- Serve as liaison between Taipei office and Workplace team to manage general office operations (ex: working with vendors for snack deliveries, receiving packages/mail, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field (Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or similar discipline)
- Prior administrative and/or ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin)
- Strong Excel and/or Google sheets skills
- Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Material Planning Experience is a plus
