Summary

A collaborative, detail‑oriented administrative business support who assist the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash cycle. The role focuses on accurate data entry, basic inventory work, and vendor communication-forming the foundation of the supply‑chain team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full order lifecycle: create, track, and reconcile SO/POs; resolve 3‑way match discrepancies. Resolve pricing & quantity issues, drive root‑cause analysis, and approve exceptions.
  • Execute EDI/portal transactions; troubleshoot and maintain data integrity. Optimize carrier routing; lead exception management for high‑risk shipments.Communicate ETAs & delays; handle inbound/outbound exceptions.
  • Negotiate carrier contracts and SLAs; lead vendor scorecards & quarterly reviews. Reconcile inventory discrepancies; drive root‑cause actions; update WMS records.
  • Manage cycle‑count reviews and corrective actions; partner with Finance on cost‑to‑serve and margin impacts. Escalate exceptions, document performance trends, and represent the function at cross‑functional steering committees
  • Produce advanced KPI dashboards (OTD, transit time, damage rate). Verify customs & export documentation; support compliance audit readiness. Guide cross‑functional teams on transportation strategy; own freight‑cost budget and variance analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need

  • High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 2–4 years of progressive experience in order processing, logistics, or inventory management.

  • Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query) and dashboard creation.

  • Strong understanding of EDI/portal processes, carrier management, and inventory systems. Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.

  • 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
