Job Description

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing daily supply chain activities, including warehouse operations, ERP transactions, shipment coordination, and material replenishment. The role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse and inventory transactions.
  • Perform supply chain transactions in the ERP system accurately.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries to support business and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Up to 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
