We are looking for an open minded and flexible professional to join our Deliver team. Within your role you  collaborate with diverse stakeholders and make a visible impact on global supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in analyzing, adapting, and modeling complex processes (e.g., planning processes for volumes, production, or requirements across the supply chain) using standardized IT systems and tools (e.g., SAP, APO, BOM, Stages, etc.), taking interfaces to related processes and teams into account.
  • Regular reporting and monitoring of volume reporting, including highlighting derived focus topics.
  • Preparation, execution, analysis, and control of Volume Review Meetings between SCM and Sales, including consideration of product-group-specific characteristics, and initiating necessary escalations.
  • Support in reviewing customer-specific requirements relevant to SAM SCM (including segments and plants) and their implementation.
  • Support in piloting and testing new processes, reporting, standards, and tools in alignment with involved stakeholders (e.g., Segment and Plant SCM, management, project managers, etc.).
  • Support in regular, system-based assessment of SCM process performance using data tools (e.g., ERP, rating portals, PBI, etc.).
  • Support in handling and answering inquiries, as well as providing consultancy regarding process improvements or changes from various stakeholders (e.g., within Segment and Plant SCM, management, adjacent teams, etc.), including related reporting activities.
  • Support in reviewing, further developing, and rolling out planning tools (e.g., APO, IBP, etc.).
  • Support in the Risk & Allocation Management of the Segment SCMs in cases of extreme urgency.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience in supply chain processes, production planning, logistics, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP, APO, IBP, Power BI, and standard SCM tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross‑functional and international environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
