Supply Chain Solutions Associate, Continuous Improvement (Onsite - Bentonville, AR)The Supply Chain Solutions Associate, Continuous Improvement will support the Supply Chain Solutions team in identifying, documenting, and analyzing processes to improve efficiency, standardization, and overall business performance. This role provides hands-on exposure to continuous improvement methodologies, project coordination, data analysis, and business process documentation. The associate will assist with gathering requirements, preparing reports and presentations, documenting standard operating procedures, and supporting improvement initiatives under the guidance of team leadership. The associate will also help evaluate process performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to projects that enhance supply chain operations and technology enablement.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve supply chain business processes.
- Perform time studies, document process maps, and analyze data and process flows to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in documenting current and future state processes, standard operating procedures, business rules, and project-related materials.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support project tracking, performance measurement, and root cause analysis.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and visual materials to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
- Participate in project meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Assist with testing new tools, process changes, or system enhancements and help document test results and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, clarify process requirements, and support implementation activities.
- Research best practices, emerging tools, and improvement ideas that may enhance supply chain processes and team effectiveness.
- Perform other related duties and project support tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.
