Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Compliance & Resiliency Team leads all Supply Chain strategic initiatives related to Supply Chain Compliance (Human Rights, Ethics, ESG, Conflict Minerals, etc.) and Supply Chain Resiliency (Supply Chain Mapping, Financial Risk Mitigation, Support of mitigation planning, etc.). The team also works closely and supports the initiatives of the Procurement team and finds solutions to problems…even ones that might have been thought to have been impossible. Because that’s how progress happens! The team is looking for an entry-level, energized, self-starter to model the culture we will continue to build in our new Atlanta hub.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Global Procurement & Manufacturing Operations on managing risk, compliance, and resiliency in the Supply Chain.
Extensive interface with cross-functional teams and support groups worldwide will be required.
Ability to establish a working team and drive progress to resolution for crisis events in the supply chain.
Manage supplier mapping software, including vendor management, to plot the locations of our parts and perform a risk analysis.
Drive review of a financial risk analysis for new and ongoing suppliers along with vendor management of the tool used.
Manage Conflict Minerals, Extended Minerals, and Additional Minerals Reporting Programs.
Manage Supply chain sustainability reporting platforms.
Manage customer inquiries, requests, and requirements for all business units including Automotive as the key driver of Supply Chain Compliance.
Includes managing and maintaining system for Automotive Supply Chain Requirements and working cross-functionally with sales teams to ensure customer inquiries and requirements are answered.

Communication with key stakeholders to ensure activities are understood and deployed across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Project management experience with a deep understanding of supply chain processes.
Minimum 0-2 years of program management experience with a high level understanding of supply chain processes.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Business Acumen of the Supply Chain and connection points with various value chain partners (i.e. IT, Legal, Sales, and Finance).
Strong organizational awareness and understanding.
Effective relationship management, conflict resolution and strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive agendas and lead brainstorming and discussions.
Excellent writing skills, strong presentation, and verbal communication skills
