Job Summary

Responsible for implementing digital projects in one or multiple sites. The project lead sets directions, defines workplan, resources and rituals following the digital methodology to implement use cases in an agile way (build models and interact with experts at the plants).
Responsibilities/Description:
• Manage advanced analytics and business process improvements projects at manufacturing sites & supply chains.
• Coordinate a multi functional team including data engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end user stakeholders.
• Drive digital mindset within the organization.
• Develop expertise on key digital themes in the Manufacturing and supply chain areas, such as Real Time Process Optimization, development of digital apps, machine learning, AI.
• Lead diagnostics and perform Kaizens.
• Manage project portfolio and productivity tracking.
• Projects financial benefit validation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Computer Science)
• 10 years prior experience in production and supply chain processes
• Project Management skills (planning, rituals, tracking, KPIs, stakeholder management) at least 5 years experience managing projects
• Ability to lead change and deliver results
• Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Training / Certifications:
• Business Translator training
• Project Management training
• Data Scientist Basic
• Scrum Master certification
• APICS CSCP or CPIM and SCOR
• 6 sigma Green Belt (Preferred)
