About the Role:
In this key analytical role, you will transform data into meaningful intelligence that enhances procurement effectiveness, strengthens supplier performance, and drives cost optimization across our international supply chain. You’ll work closely with teams across Procurement, Product Management & Compliance, and Pricing to deliver insights that enable smarter, faster, and more informed decision-making.
This position offers the opportunity to influence core business processes, shape performance metrics, and contribute to initiatives that support our global maritime mission.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain, procurement, and supplier data to highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Conduct detailed analysis of price impacts and supplier quotations.
Monitor supplier pricing and raw material index movements to evaluate cost implications.
Maintain a comprehensive overview of procurement savings initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Support the Product Management & Compliance team with ad-hoc analyses of product data and global material flows, including imports and exports.
Collaborate with pricing analytics to help understand margin development.
Lead the creation and ongoing enhancement of Purchase, Delivery, and Inventory performance metrics.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards supporting Procurement, Product data, and broader Supply Chain needs.
Deliver actionable insights through both routine and on-demand reporting to support business objectives.
Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
Who You Are:
MSc degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of supply chain concepts.
Practical business sense paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Self-driven, curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills.
Ability to present findings, make recommendations, and support organizational change.
Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across all levels.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
