What You'll Do
You are responsible for Supply Chain Strategic Project Management: Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end accountability, driving alignment and execution across functions:
- Omni-Channel Inventory & Unified Inventory Pool: Enable end-to-end inventory visibility and intelligent allocation across CDC, RDC, 3PL, and in-transit inventory. Define data standards (e.g., SKU status harmonization) and inventory allocation logic to support optimal fulfillment decisions.
- End-to-End Process Reengineering: Diagnose process gaps across Demand Planning → Supply Planning → Logistics → Customer Service using structured methodologies (e.g., VSM). Redesign process interfaces to ensure seamless information and decision flow across functions.
- Project Governance & Delivery: Own project charter, timeline, milestones, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve resource conflicts, and escalate risks to leadership when needed.
