The Role

Supply Chain Process Analyst

As a Supply Chain Process Analyst, you will work cross-functionally to enable Supply Chain data-driven decision-making while working in a scrum environment. To do this you will be responsible for 1) delivering custom made reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to our Supply Chain partners, 2) defining and maintaining report building best practices, and 3) enabling stakeholder report consumption and building skills through coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Supply Chain Reports, Visualization and Dashboards

  • Lead or participate in strategic Control Tower and Analytics projects, collaborating with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to develop data visualizations that meet requirements.

  • Use various data sources, tools, and platforms to collect, clean, analyze, interpret data, and design effective visualizations, ensuring report accuracy and reliability through validation.

  • Organize and deliver analytics tools efficiently by engaging in scrum management.

Enable Stakeholders

  • Coach stakeholders through SC Analytics partnership program to develop effective and engaging data visualizations

  • Demonstrate and train stakeholders on personalized visuals capabilities

Define and Maintain Best Practices

  • Utilize data visualization best practices, such as layout, interactivity, storytelling, data set sizes, optimizing number of data models, and data relationships, to ensure clarity and reliability.

  • Help implement technology, tools, and processes to improve information reliability and decision-making capabilities.

Experience-Education (Required):  

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain operations, planning, analytics or related field

Competencies-Skills (Required): 

  • Knowledge of supply chain management industry practices, techniques and standards activities  

  • Sound organizational and project management skills 

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills and the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Moderate digital dexterity and Power BI Skills:

    • Connect to multiple data sources and create moderately complex queries

    • Optimize and secure data models and performance

    • Create and use custom visuals

    • Familiarity with advanced features, including AI insights, Q&A, and dataflows.

    • Familiarity with advanced functions and calculations in DAX

  • Basic SQL skills to write SQL queries to select, filter, sort and aggregate data from a single table

  • Ability to work in Agile environment

Additional skills (Preferred):

  • Exposure to fundamental machine learning principles and simple algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees)

  • Familiarity with tools and platforms for data analysis and machine learning (e.g., Azure, Python)

Salary Range: $79,200 - $118,800
