Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily supply chain planning activities within assigned functional areas such as materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, logistics, or order fulfillment.

  • Drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain using planning systems and data-driven insights.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support engineering change management activities, including obsolescence handling, supersession planning, and new part introductions.
  • Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
  • Maintain alignment between procurement, production scheduling, and replenishment planning to maximize operational efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of Part Change Control Management, including engineering change requests and inventory impact.
  • Capability to use advanced planning and analytics tools for decision-making, root cause analysis, and inventory optimization.
  • Strong KPI management skills with ability to interpret metrics and drive performance improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as BI dashboards, Advanced Planning Command Centre, Access, TOAD, OMS, or equivalent systems is preferred.
Experience
  • Typically requires minimal to intermediate experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or related operational functions.
  • For internal or advanced-level candidates, 7–10 years of experience in supply planning and material planning is preferred.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and global supply chain operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience in inventory optimization, operational planning processes, and supply chain systems preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
Work Schedule & Benefits
  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST)
  • Night Shift Allowance: Provided
  • Transportation: Pickup and drop facilities available within PMC & PCMC jurisdiction
  • Must be willing to work in the designated night shift schedule.
QualificationsQualifications
  • College, university, or equivalent degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Planning are preferred.
