About this role
Join Ericsson Antenna Systems in Rosenheim as a Supply Chain Planner and play a central role in bringing cutting-edge antenna projects from concept to delivery. Working in lean, agile cross-functional teams, you will be the go-to expert for planning and material management, ensuring prototypes and project builds have the right parts at the right time. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape project supply chains, drive continuous improvement, and directly influence time-to-market for innovative antenna solutions.
What you will do
As a pro-active Supply Chain Planner within our antenna project teams, you will serve as the key contact for all planning and material management topics, ensuring seamless communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary interface for planning and material-related queries within project teams, fostering collaboration and quick resolution of issues.
- Pro-actively planning, tracking and managing materialization milestones to guarantee timely availability of components for all project phases.
- Ensuring optimal material availability by efficiently controlling inbound and outbound flows within our ERP system and addressing potential bottlenecks before they arise.
- Leading capacity and capability planning, making sure all requirements for prototype builds are anticipated and met without delays.
- Strategically defining, planning and overseeing the project supply chain at the material level, adapting to changing project needs and market dynamics.
- Coordinating and implementing technical changes in the bill of materials throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Monitoring and analysing key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and meet ambitious project targets.
- Establishing and maintaining up-to-date master data in SAP, supporting data-driven decision making and process efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements by conducting thorough analyses, defining solutions and meticulously documenting improvements to promote best practices.
Your proactive approach will ensure that potential supply chain issues are anticipated and addressed early, contributing significantly to the success and timely delivery of innovative antenna projects.
You will bring
- Bachelor`s or Master's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- Proven track experience in supply chain management, logistics or distribution
- Familiarity with SAP supply chain management systems is valuable
- Skilled at collaborating with internal and external partners in a dynamic international setting
- Ready to accept responsibility, showing strong customer and service focus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly self-motivated, hands-on and accurate in work approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic about teamwork
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- German language proficiency is beneficial
