At SellerX we are growing our new, Planning team within Supply Chain Department and looking for Global Supply Chain Planner to join us and support moving our products around the globe in the most efficient way. We are looking for proactive, agile and passionate Supply Chain Planners who have a high aptitude and an energetic outlook that are excited to build up a new process and optimize as the company grows.

Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Managing all Reorder and replenishment decisions globally for our brands
- Oversee the brands' day of inventory performance to ensure stock levels do not exceed established targets, minimizing excess inventory
- Monitor and manage fee for brands, including overstock and understock fees, as well as total delivery costs to optimize overall profitability
- Building and planning containers and ensuring the data flows throughout the process
- Support with Supply & Demand Planning for brands that would be under your control
- Creating/ uploading shipping plans to Amazon and using Seller central / shipper central amongst other key system interfaces
- Working with many internal and external parties such as 3PLs/ Transport team / Merchandising team / Category Managers – reviewing key priorities and amending any plans to fit relevant requirements
- Make decisions on what stock to expedite or delay based on business priority and rulesets
- Working in a multinational environment dealing with ad hoc challenges and improving / changing processes to handle our business growth
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Over 3 years experience with supply chain management / planning / operations / logistics
- Global supply chain experience working with E-Commerce / Amazon / FBA is desirable
- Experience in following processes and managing daily activities through excel and other systems
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Data and numbers driven
- Ability to problem solve and make suggestions for business process improvements
- Fluent English (Business English)
