Karo Healthcare Supply Chain is responsible to make sure products are available for customers in time and a cost-effective manner following the Karo Healthcare QMS. Tasks include, setting proper stock levels, communicating forecast to suppliers, placing orders and make sure goods are delivered in time to the right quality to various warehouses.
As a Planner, responsible for the KPI below:
- Service Levels ( product availability at warehouse)
- Inventory ( Days on Hand)
- Planning Parameters ( Lead Time, MOQ; OTIF, SS)
- Excess management / expiry dates management
- Manage reporting on OOS and mitigations plans
- Manage your daily operational tasks, to ensure targets are met, quality fulfilled, agreed processes are followed and developed.
- Leading and contributing in meeting with suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.
- Escalating risks related to supply shortage, and work on mitigation plans cross functions in a proactive way.
- Contribute to drive Planning & Logistic supply chain excellence forward
- Contribute to Supply Chain Development road map for Planning and Logistics
- Manage system settings to optimize inventory levels and service level to customers
- Preferably an academic degree or the equivalent in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics / Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in working with supply planning in a complex environment, pharmaceutical and / or equally to FMCG with multiple sourcing sites and countries
- Experience from working with common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and ERP systems and planning tools. (IFS / VISMA / So99+ is an advantage)
