Job Summary
To plan and maintain daily supply chain operations for critical suppliers or customers in materials, production, inventory, logistics, customer service, demand management, or order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met. Achieving and continuously improving customer service levels, and/or manage inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Upper Intermediate English (Conversational English proficiency)
- Knowledge of MRP systems.
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Experience as a Material Planner, Logistics Analyst or Scheduler
Nice to have skills:
- Oracle system experience is highly desirable.
- Blue Yonder tool experience.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
More than 5 years’ experience.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement short and mid-term tactical improvements Complies with communication plans and processes to ensure stakeholders’ needs are met.
Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
Mentor and coach supply chain planners.
Create initiatives to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product systems, processes, and quality.
Convert customer requirements into the order entry system with the appropriate shipping date based on customer demand and manufacturing capabilities.
Coordinate with scheduling to ensure customer needs are met.
Analyze production, load capacities, and customer inventory requirements to establish shipping dates, and keep the location database updated.
Ensure customer orders are delivered on time by monitoring material supply, production, and shipment to the customer.
Keep production lines running to avoid stoppages.
Prepare and analyze forecast data in units for the monthly volume review meeting; determine customer line rates and penetrations.
