Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey that requires significant improvements in supply chain performance in critical areas such as on-time delivery to customers, output volume, cycle times, yields, and costs. This is a new role that will work closely with Foundry Customer and Strategic Planning (FCSP) staff, Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP), Sales and Operations Execution (SnOE), and manufacturing leaders to drive performance improvements. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Designs metrics and reports that aid in identifying and understanding performance issues. Works across the business to implement these designs and gain acceptance
• Monitors performance. Analyzes and integrates data from multiple sources to understand results at a deeper level
• Conducts root cause analyses to identify the underlying sources of poor performance
• Works cross-functionally to develop action plans that address identified issues

The ideal candidate will also possess the following technical skills and experiences:
• Data Analysis. Ability to work with disparate data sets in both raw form and formal metrics and reports. Ability to merge and manipulate diverse data sources, identify data quality issues, and extract meaningful insights
• Familiarity with key systems including SAP S/4 and Blue Yonder
• Experience working with one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Exensio / Spotfire, Tableau)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study
- 3+ years in consulting or operating roles in products companies
- 1+ years of experience in:
• Experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, and working in a highly matrixed collaborative team
• Experience working in manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, and/or R or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational consulting experience
- Experience working with Lean / Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Experience using or supporting SAP S/4 and/or and advanced planning system such as Blue Yonder
- Experience working in a semi-conductor foundry or OSAT, or in a contract manufacturing environment
- Master and PhD degree in the fields mentioned above.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $107,990.00-152,460.00 USD
