The Supply Chain Order Management Manager leads the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders. This role acts as a key interface between Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer commitments are met.
Order Management and Execution
Own RLC-Asia Order Process and Delivery activities, from order validation through fulfillment and ensures on-time delivery performance.
Manage and handles order holds, backorders, allocation constraints, and delivery issues.
Establish and monitor order fulfillment KPIs (On-time Delivery, backlog, etc.)
Customer and Cross Functional Stakeholder Coordination
Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Transportation teams on RLC Order related matters.
Act as escalation point for customer delivery issues and business-critical shipments
Communicate delivery commitments, changes, and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide order visibility and backlog updates to support planning and execution decisions
Process / Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement in order management workflows, controls, and system utilization
Standardize order management processes across regions or business units
Lead or support transformation initiatives (ERP upgrades, automation, digital tools)
Reporting, Data and Analytics
Analyze order patterns, backlog trends, and fulfillment risks
Provide regular performance reports and insights to Global Operations Leadership
Support forecasting accuracy and capacity planning through order visibility
Execute order transactions in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Compliance and Process Governance
Ensure compliance with trade, export controls, and internal policies
Follow standard operating procedures and control requirements
Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the order management team
Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
Build strong customer focus and accountability culture
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically 6+ years relevant experience in Order Management or Customer Fulfillment for entry to this level.
Knowledge of global shipping, incoterms, and trade compliance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to operate in fast-paced, regional, matrix environments
Prior experience in SAP system is highly preferred.
