You're capable of supporting the sourcing and supply chain management to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude.
Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets.
Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely deliver
Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively with the Supply Chain team, Ops team, MarketPlace team, and Vendors.
Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis, and action consequently.
Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations.
Assist with the Distribution Model Process, updating and sending Sales Orders.
- Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.
- Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel
- Experience in the Food Industry is a plus
Since our HQ is located in the US, English is required
- 5 days a week, approximately 40 hours per week (total hours may vary as this role is driven by operational needs).
- Fixed shifts but workdays will be determined in coordination with the candidate.
- High likelihood of working on either Saturday or Sunday, based on operational demands
- Work hours will depend on the kitchen they are assigned to, ranging from ~9:00 AM/12:00 PM ET to 6:00/9:00 PM ET.
- As the job title "Supply Chain Ops Support" suggests, this role requires flexibility—if an issue arises, the team must be available to provide support as needed.
