I am Dalia Vdovinaitė, and I am currently looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team of professionals at Telia Global Services Lithuania. This is an opportunity for those who have interest in consumer electronics and want to expand their knowledge in supply chain operations.

The position is based in Vilnius.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage key supply chain operations, including material master data creation and order placement.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of order and delivery information.

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare invoices for payment and support related administrative processes.

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks with precision and within agreed timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-country stakeholders, including warehouses, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external partners.

The suitable candidate is proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. They demonstrate solid communication and collaboration skills and are able to work effectively in virtual, global, and cross-functional teams. They are comfortable in a fast-changing international environment and show interest in consumer electronics.

  • Operational experience in logistics, sourcing, procurement, or similar roles.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

  • Good Excel skills (pivot, if, vlookup, etc.).

  • Experience working with SAP ERP (advantage).

Monthly salary range for this position: 1760 – 2640 Eur gross plus annual bonus, depending on your and Telia results.
