Job Description

This position is responsible for manage all the Supply Chain KPIs for Samsung products on Latin America, working directly with headquarter and local subsidiaries. The main roles will be analyze, report and design an improvement plan to improve the SCM operation.

Also, position will support the implementation and follow-up of SCM training program with all LATAM Countries.

Key Job Responsabilities

  • KPI Analysis and Reporting: Create and analyze Supply Chain KPIs for all products, identify root causes of issues, and propose action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Operational Improvement: Analyze and guide Supply Chain operations in Latin America subsidiaries, identify pain points, and propose solutions to optimize processes.
  • Inventory and Sales Management: Manage customer sales and ensure optimal inventory levels. Analyze sales forecasts and accuracy to mitigate supply risks.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, support teams in enhancing KPIs, and apply new BI tools for smarter and faster data analysis.
  • Customer KPI Monitoring: Check customer KPIs, provide warning points, and support the implementation of collaborative SCM projects across the Latin America region.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide weekly reports based on structured data from Operation to C-level point of view, highlighting key issue points in operations.
  • SCM Project Implementation and Follow-up: Support the implementation and follow-up of collaborative SCM projects with Latin America subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, or related areas (MBA is a plus).
  • SCM Expertise: Experience in implementing and managing collaborative SCM projects.
  • Operational Knowledge: Solid Expertise of Supply Chain operations in Latin America subsidiaries and ability to guide improvements (logistics experience is a plus)
  • Inventory and Sales Management: Ability to manage customer sales, ensure optimal inventory levels, and analyze sales forecasts for accuracy.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze Supply Chain KPIs, identify root causes of issues, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports, with a focus on structured data handling and BI tools for insights.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to identify pain points, propose solutions, and support teams in enhancing KPIs.
  • Project Management: Experience in developing and managing new projects, as well as supporting HQ’s strategic directions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with business leaders in subsidiaries across Latin America and HQ
  • Adaptability: Highly adaptable to changes, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adjust to evolving business needs.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Travel Availability: Willingness and availability to travel across Latin America as required for project implementation, collaboration, and operational support.
