We are seeking a highly versatile Supply Chain & Operations Project Manager to drive execution and improvement across our end-to-end operations. This role is a hands-on problem solver responsible for tackling complex operational challenges, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements in cost, service, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a generalist with strong project management discipline, capable of quickly understanding any operational issue and driving it to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and service operations (scope, timeline, resources, and delivery)
  • Dive into operational challenges (planning, supply, inventory, production, logistics) and drive resolution through structured problem-solving
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, IT) to align priorities and execute initiatives
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase throughput, reduce cost, and improve service levels
  • Analyze data and operational performance to support decisions and track project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly with leadership, providing regular updates, risks, and recommendations
  • Ensure adoption of solutions, including documentation, training, and transition to operations teams

Qualifications / Profile

  • Strong experience in project management within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
  • Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory)
  • Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and drive execution
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
  • Experience working with ERP systems and operational tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate in ambiguity
