- Executes demand and supply planning activities for DC01 and external warehouses within the EUR network
- Manages customer orders and ensures alignment between demand signals and supply capabilities
- Monitors and optimizes inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize backorders
- Supports logistics execution and ensures adherence to delivery schedules (RDD/OTIF focus)
- Ensures reliable service delivery and on-time performance for internal and external customers
- Acts as key contact for Customer Service, Commercial and Logistics teams
- Monitors and follow up on distressed orders and logistics deviations
- Contributes to reducing customer complaints and improving service quality
- Collaborates closely with Regional Commercial teams, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics Operations and external warehouse providers
- Maintains effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and issue resolution
- Identifies and implements improvement opportunities in planning and logistics processes
- Supports projects related to process optimization, system improvements, or warehouse integration
- Contributes to standardization and best practice sharing across the EUR supply chain network
- Supports tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (e.g. OTIF, on-time delivery, complaints)
- Participates in KPI reviews and support action tracking

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning roles
- Knowledge of SAP
- User knowledge of MS365
- Quality driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Solution-focused approach to challenges
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Fluent in English
Pfererrred:
- Dutch or German language skills
- Experience with working in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, inventory, replenishment)
- Understanding of continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
