About the Role:This role supports the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) supply chain operations. While managing a team, you will be responsible for Finished Goods and/or S&A (spares and accessories) inventory. Main priorities include strategically leading the Supply Planning function, ensuring optimal inventory levels, driving continuous improvement, and effectively partnering with internal and external teams to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels across warehouse network to support promotional and baseline sales.
- Identify and manage communication of supply constraints to cross-functional partners, and develop mitigation plans including inputs to allocation process
- Drive excess inventory reduction initiatives to support inventory and working capital targets.
- Manage the monthly demand planning cycle for spare parts and accessories.
- Maintain oversight of the statistical forecast output, and review adjusted demand based on data and market trends.
- Liaise between Dyson Supply Chain headquarters, local sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Ensure demand for refurbishment operations is properly captured to support the production line.
- Oversee the monthly supply planning review process.
- Drive customer service improvements by minimizing out of stocks.
- Take initiative to resolve issues by developing and executing solutions.
- Publish dashboards of KPI’s to senior leadership.
- Communicate clear priorities and required results. Provide consistent support and regular feedback.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and driving appropriate training solutions.
- Bachelor’s in supply chain, operations management, logistics or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a supply chain role in a consumer goods organization.
- Proven experience analyzing and resolving inventory related issues.
- Experience with SAP S4 and SAP IBP.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solutions oriented; helps minimize impact and deliver results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
- Organized, with excellent follow-through capabilities.

Salary: $111,200 - $125,100 annually + bonus opportunity
