We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to develop and expand the operational foundation of our QCOM business.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the flow of inventory through dark stores, hubs, and retail locations—ensuring high fill rates, minimal wastage, robust availability, and overall operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing operations within a quick commerce setting and be adept at navigating the fast pace and complexity inherent in high-frequency fulfillment operations.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations for the QCOM business, encompassing procurement, replenishment, and inventory management.
  • Ensure high fill rates and product availability while reducing waste and stock shortages.
  • Plan replenishment strategies for dark stores and retail locations based on demand trends and sales velocity.
  • Collaborate closely with category, sourcing, and store operations teams to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Enhance operational metrics, including:
    • Fill rate
    • Inventory turns
    • Shrinkage
    • Order fulfillment efficiency
    • Freshness and waste control
  • Detect supply chain bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely inventory movement.
  • Develop scalable SOPs and operational procedures for the expanding QCOM network.
  • Monitor daily operational performance and facilitate rapid resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations / Fulfillment roles.
  • Mandatory prior experience in Quick Commerce operations.
  • Deep knowledge of dark store operations, replenishment planning, and fast-paced fulfillment settings.
  • Proven expertise in managing key operational metrics such as fill rates, inventory turns, and waste reduction.
  • Highly execution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and operational metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with category, store operations, and product teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and capability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
