Job Description

This People Manager role is responsible overseeing and driving multiple complex end to end programs assigned for the team. As this multifaceted position, it requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, planning, influencing and communicaiton skills.

The primary focus is to ensure successful execution of programs from initiation to completion, with a specific emphasis on change management to facilitate organizational adaptation to evolving transformations within the company.

Job Description

1. Responsible for leading 3-5 junior program managers to complete complex end-to-end programs, covering multifaceted phases from kickoff and initiation through completion.

2. Serve as the ultimate escalation point for roadblocks that junior PMs cannot resolve. Address systemic risks such as global supply chain or geopolitical shifts and design mitigation strategies that span multiple product lines.

3. Act as the primary liaison between your team of PMs and executive leadership. Consolidate complex project data into high-level dashboards, reporting on health, budget, and timeline status  

4. Oversee the team's total Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), including budget forecasting and variance analysis to ensure NPI launches meet each NPI project's cost goals.

5. Audit the end-to-end processes used by your team to identify inefficiencies. You lead "Lessons Learned" sessions at the end of program launch phases to drive continuous improvements.  

6. Drive change management to ensure organizational adaptation to the company's continuously evolving transformations


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline, preferably MBA.

  • Project Management, e.g., certification in PMP, Change Management, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean

  • At least 12 years of relevant leadership experience with a global organisation background and proven results in large scale program management, focusing on end-to-end delivery

  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and leadership skills and fluency in both verbal and written English at all levels

  • A willingness to work flexibly across different time zones

  • Sound knowledge and application skills (Google Suites, Agile, Oracle, Tableau, AI Gemini, ChatGPT)

  • Strategic influencer and resilient, with results-oriented mindset with high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
