What you will do:
- Together with our international team you are responsible for the strategical and tactical set up of our Americas Logistics Network, with partners (warehouses, drop-shipment locations, and carriers)
- You manage the strategic development and improvement of the network.
- You make successful the flow of goods in our supply chain.
- You establish scenarios-based network planning to optimize cost and services.
- You are constantly evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships, supporting the rest of the team to execute tenders.
- You monitor the costs and performance, adapt the network if needed and share improvement areas with our shopfloor excellence teams.
- You enable the business team to launch new product and participate to Emma success.
- You orchestrate the yearly steering committee of our partners evaluation.
- You plan the future location to be closed, to be open or to be invested in.
Who we're looking for:
- You have a university degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain; Logistics or a related subject.
- You have at least 3 yeas of relevant working experience in that area.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You have a quick grasp and an analytical mindset.
- You have an independent and structured way of working.
- You think customer and process oriented.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
- You are not afraid of taking bold decisions.
