What your new challenge will look like
As a Supply Chain Optimization Analyst, you will be part of a team to drive the design of global supply chain networks, with particular emphasis on Europe and the US, and bring your expertise in data-driven insights to optimize cost, service levels, and operational efficiency.
Collect and analyze large data sets on transportation flows, demand patterns, and warehouse capacities.
Leverage tools such as Excel and Power BI (or comparable data analytics software) to generate actionable insights.
Apply basic scripting skills (Python or R) for data wrangling and advanced analytics.
Develop strategic network designs to balance costs and service requirements.
Validate and refine model outputs through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
Communicate technical findings and project statuses to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Graduation in Engineering, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
Advanced Excel expertise in large-scale data analysis, data quality control, solution modeling, and concept validation.
Fluent English language skills.

Able to adapt to changing project needs and deliver consistent results.

Desirable:
First experience in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
Background in transport logistics or other supply chain related areas
Exposure to optimization tools or methods (linear programming, heuristic modeling, etc.)
Advanced communication skills
Work, internship, or project experience in data analytics, supply chain, or network modeling
Prior international exposure (study abroad, global team collaboration) is a plus
