The Supply Chain Modular Specialist oversees Modular Suppliers and Stellantis representatives to address Manufacturing and Supply Chain issues related to the Extension of Plants (EOP) and the modular supply base. The role manages activities across U.S. and Canadian Modular Supplier locations, ensuring compliance with Stellantis‑owned Productive Inventory requirements and applicable SOX controls.
Key responsibilities include daily communication of current and potential production risks, validation of root‑cause analyses, and ensuring implementation of proactive measures to reduce supplier delivery issues. The Specialist develops and standardizes processes for plants and EOP/modular suppliers, sharing best practices across the supply network.
The position also supports early‑stage purchasing and engineering strategy development to optimize delivery and inventory management. Additional duties include engaging suppliers in Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) tools, identifying opportunities to streamline material flow and reduce defects, conducting on‑site reviews of corrective actions, and coordinating standard activities with the Mexico Modular team.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, material flow, inventory management or supply chain management
- Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
- Must be motivated, self-directed and must be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel 40-50% of the time, both international and domestic (Canada and possibly Mexico)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor ’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Advanced or Master ’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering)
- Hands on experience with material flow/supply chain automotive experience
