Job DescriptionProvides operational support to the Senior Analyst, Master Data and Steward, Master Data of a given domain by performing assigned master data tasks and assisting with project activities.
Liaises with business process stakeholders. Contributes to constant improvement in the quality of master data.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve system issues
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Generate KPI reports
- Conducts master data quality audits and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
- Supports standardize data design, naming, and consistent data definitions
- Monitor and audit master data and remediate issues
- Provides operational support and guidance for consistent master data workflow
- Bachelors Degree
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS applications
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills
- General understanding of cAPPs tools and ECC systems
- 2-3+ years of operational experience with specific knowledge of a given Master Data domain, data governance, and related business processes
- Understanding of the interaction of fields across master data domains in SAP
