- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.
- Lead and develop teams in warehousing, receiving, planning, and scheduling, with a typical team size of approximately 70.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (such as 5S) by evaluating current processes and implementing innovative solutions.
- Foster a customer-focused mindset across all supply chain functions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with strategic retail customers and internal teams.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, including Warehousing, Transportation, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Scheduling, Customer Service.
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management and process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP (production planning and materials management); WMS experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience monitoring, tracking, reporting and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent measurement of progress, identifying trends, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
- Familiarity with Just-In-Time principles and experience in a manufacturing environment.
- APICS or similar certification preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
