Summary/Objective:
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading a diverse team of supply chain professionals to support the overall supply chain strategy of maximizing service levels while minimizing sourcing and inventory related costs. The position reports to the Sr. Director of Supply Planning and Inventory Management and will be responsible for leading all supply chain activities as it relates to purchasing, material planning, logistics, supplier management & team leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead a supply chain team consisting of Supply Planners, Demand planner and coordinator roles to meet specific KPI’s focused on inventory levels, cost/profitability, spoils & fill rates. Analyze Inventory Reports, develop and facilitate action plans to ensure KPIs are met, including, OTIF, DOH, Spoils, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service Teams to drive improvements in service levels. Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to promote good supplier relationships and high performance.
  • Regularly review inventory to minimize distressed, long or dead stocks
  • Act as the primary resource for team members when day-to-day issues & questions arise and mentor proper decision making.
  • Champion the development of team members to be more effective and productive in their day-to-day activities.
  • Work closely alongside demand planning to ensure proper forecasts are honed in.
  • Support change management and proper utilization/application of systems and processes
  • Responsible for master data integrity. Ensure M3 material, location, purchase agreements, service levels, and safety stock are set up, and transactions are consistent with Supply Chain and Accounting requirements
  • Collaborating with manufacturing sites on S&OP reviews to ensure timely supply of product and track actual vs. plan
  • Resolve supply/demand mismatches and employ optimal alternatives
  • Partner with manufacturing and tolling sites to improve raw material procurement
  • Develop and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement
  • Lead Supply Chain initiatives to support business and process improvement, including digitalization. Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives, reporting, and process/performance improvement.
  • Provide Info M3 expertise to support new initiatives & implementations, as well as existing processes
  • Review costs associated with open PO’s and landed inventory to ensure they are in line with budget and pre-established accruals.
  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to increase the efficiency of our supply chain and the profitability of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using ERP systems and MRP platforms (experience with Infor M3 a plus)
  • 10+ years of supply chain or procurement experience ideally within the food import industry
  • Proven knowledge and application of advanced SC planning, inventory management, and project management methodologies
  • Proficient in Power BI Dashboards
  • 2+ years’ experience managing teams with multiple direct reports

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually plus bonus

Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
