About the Role:
The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and end-to-end execution across the supply chain. This position ensures demand planning, inventory allocation, and fulfillment readiness are aligned to meet business objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. Acting as a central coordination point between Operations, Finance, and Brand teams, the role reinforces structured planning, real-time visibility, and process compliance to maintain reliable and scalable supply chain performance.

What You Will Do:

• Drive end-to-end demand and supply planning, including S&OP processes, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, monitor OTIF performance, and ensure adherence to lead times and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure NPI readiness, validate BOM accuracy, and manage production ramp-up plans for timely output.
• Oversee inventory positioning across sites to optimize stock availability, minimize obsolescence, and support service level targets.
• Lead end-to-end logistics strategy, including inbound containers, domestic freight, and last-mile delivery, while maintaining cost efficiency and carrier performance.
• Design and implement efficient returns processes, minimizing cost and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Finance, Brand, and Operations teams to translate supply chain plans into actionable execution, ensuring operational consistency and scalability.

Who You Are:

• 5–7 years leading supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting operations, with proven execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Candidates must have existing work eligibility; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Deep experience managing NPI processes, demand planning, and end-to-end transportation/logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (e.g., ShipHero, Project44, FourKites) to drive data-informed decisions and process optimization.
• Hands-on with operational data while capable of developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Background in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products; English required, Spanish strongly preferred, Mandarin a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% for site visits and cross-functional collaboration.
