Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a fast learner and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to join Adyen's Procurement & Vendor Management team, a dynamic global team within our Finance function. 

As an addition to the traditional procurement responsibilities, the Tech & Services team is supporting our internal teams with the operational ordering and logistics tasks. In order to further develop this process, we’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to help support our internal operations as well as professionalize the process and make our internal supply chain as efficient as it can be.

 

What you'll do

  • Oversee the order management process for our Data Center teams and Business enablement teams
  • Follow up on deliveries of goods ordered
  • Create transport requests & documentation to logistics partners & forwarders
  • Manage inbounds with the DC centers and warehouses globally
  • Work closely with warehouse partners and internal teams to maintain efficient stock levels
  • Work on projects to shape Adyen’s internal supply chain process on a global level

 

Who you are

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, including order management and warehousing & logistics
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of Custom regulations around import/export of goods
  • You're well-organized and like to solve problems with a pragmatic approach. 
  • You're a natural networker, great in stakeholder management and negotiations. 
  • You're proficient in English; fluency in another language is an added advantage. 
  • You have a global mindset, and are able to work across time zones and cultures.
  • You have project management skills, are resourceful, and able to work independently.
