Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will direct the Supply Chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation, so that plant achieves its target customer service levels with a minimum investment in inventories and distribution costs. Work as a communication liaison between the plant, and corporate logistics, customer service, manufacturing platform, and related brand and our teams in communicating and resolving issues related to service, scheduling and deployment.
You Will:
- Understand the end-to-end Supply Chain for us and our customers
- Embrace a curiosity for why and looking for continuous improvement in Supply Chain practices
- Have a customer-centric mindset and advocate for external focus throughout the Supply Chain organization
- Create Supply Chain agenda with retail strategic customers
- Be a Supply Chain liaison between us and strategic customers
- Lead customer interactions with leaders in Customer Replenishment, Supply Chain Services, Transportation, & Warehouse Operations
- Develop Supply Chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiencies
- Manage our customer efficiency policies and programs
- Manage supplier performance scorecards and provide development assistance
- Analyze logistical deductions and nuisance fees
- Provide leadership to pull together additional resources to address Supply Chain opportunities and collaborative efficiencies
- Analyze materials management data & logically deduce the intended outcome to support production plans using JIT philosophy & principles.
- Perform periodic Supply Chain business reviews with our customers
- Build relationships with customers
- Support ConAgra Foods Sales teams on increasing sales and improving profitability
- Lead/facilitate demand planning activities associated with major events, transitions, new and discontinued items
You Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related degree
- 5+ years Supply Chain experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Sales & Operations Planning, Customer Service)
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Background in material management systems
- Experience in Supply Scheduling
- Experience managing projects
- Be comfortable working onsite in a production environment and office environment.

Compensation:
Annual Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $140,000.00
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
