As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the functions of Planning, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, and Customer Service, while driving the S&OP process and ensuring strong alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders.
You will play a key role in supporting business growth by balancing service excellence, inventory efficiency, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.
What You Will Do
Lead supply chain operations for Brazil.
Drive the S&OP process to balance demand, supply, inventory, and service expectations.
Ensure high service levels (OTIF, Fill Rate) while optimizing inventory and minimizing obsolescence risks.
Manage logistics and supply chain costs, contributing to overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements for medical products.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to guarantee business continuity.
Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles within multinational companies.
Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
Solid understanding of Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Customer Service, and S&OP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in matrix and multicultural environments.
Knowledge of SAP, planning systems, master data, and business intelligence tools.
Portuguese and English are required. Spanish is a plus.
