We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our prototyping team.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of strategic supply chain, logistic and procurement within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, understand bill of materials (BOMs), and quickly grasp complex technical constraints.
  • Experience with global international suppliers
  • Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between creative R&D teams and rigid production environments.
  • Track record of leading complex industrial projects, ideally in high-tech, aerospace, or advanced electronics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with design and engineering teams to understand requirements, identify long-lead items, and secure parts for early-stage builds.
  • Setting up logistic operations
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard specialized, high-tech suppliers and vendors capable of delivering custom, low-volume, high-complexity components.
  • Develop supply chain readiness plans to transition successful prototypes into pilot production or scale-up manufacturing.
  • Analyze assembly costs, negotiate pricing and turnaround times for rapid prototyping, and manage the associated procurement budgets.
  • Anticipate supply disruptions and engineer contingencies for specialized components.
