Demand Planning
- Review and validate the monthly rolling demand forecast (36-month horizon) by aligning assumptions, trends, and forecast accuracy with Business Units and Marketing.
- Submit demand forecasts and generate purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the regional hub.
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Monitor and reconcile supply plans against POs for the local market through communication with the regional Supply Network Operations (SNO).
- Coordinate importation and logistics with CMOs, Ferring warehouses, and business partners, including PO tracking.
- Align packaging and inspection schedules for finished goods with CMOs and the Quality Assurance team.
- Support the line manager in organizing a meeting with CMOs to discuss operational improvements and future process development.
- Assist the line manager in pricing and performance negotiations that impact COGS.
- Proactively escalate supply risks to key cross-functional stakeholders and propose recovery plans.
Logistics & Warehousing
- Manage logistics coordination across the end-to-end supply chain, from bulk/finished goods importation to delivery at Ferring or partner warehouses.
- Support the line manager in warehouse data collection and stock count activities, ensuring data integrity.
Excess & Obsolescence Management
- Forecast potential slow-moving inventory for financial planning and write-off considerations.
NPI / Business Development Project Support
- Provide supply chain support to the line manager for NPI and BD-related projects.
Process Improvement
- Support the line manager in digitalization initiatives, team capability development, and process optimization.
