What you will do

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and shaping the future of inbound logistics? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager – Inbound Logistics to lead and optimize our end-to-end inbound operations, ensuring seamless product flow, enhanced supplier collaboration, and cost-effective logistics solutions.

In this role, you will partner with suppliers, buyers, and 3PL providers to strengthen vendor compliance, improve inventory accuracy, and drive continuous process improvements. You will play a critical role in scaling operations, enhancing efficiency, and influencing business-wide logistics strategies that directly impact supplier performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Supplier & Vendor Management: Build strong partnerships to optimize inbound shipments, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain reliability.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders (Suppliers, NPI team, 3PL, and Inventory Control) to align inbound operations with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

  • Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: Proactively address inbound challenges (e.g., ASN discrepancies) to maintain efficiency and improve vendor compliance.

  • Data-Driven Performance Management: Develop and oversee KPIs (e.g., defect-free receipts, dock-to-stock lead time, inventory accuracy) to measure success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Innovation & Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance inbound logistics processes, reduce costs, and implement scalable solutions that support business growth.

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

  • 8 years of warehouse, logistics or related experience

Preferred:

  • Certifications in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., Certified Warehouse Manager, Certified Supply Chain Professional)

  • APICS CLTD (Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution certification)

  • 2 years of people leadership experience

Travel Percentage: 10%
