We are in need of a Supply Chain Manager to cover parental leave until the end of October 2025.
Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate within a world-class team! As our Supply Chain Manager, you will:
- Lead Multichem Global Demand Planning.
- Manage Planning NPD introduction and supply chain set up, including master data and BOM setup.
- Coordinate site Inventory management and reduction projects.
- Direct the sales order processing team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
- Drive continuous improvement projects within warehouse, SOP and supply chain.
- Ensure the Fill/Pack production schedule is accurately reflected in SAP.
- Ensure site-wide adherence to Production Order delivery dates.
- Manage the warehouse team including scheduling of work and performance reviews.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' industry experience in a Manufacturing/Warehouse environment.
- Proven departmental leadership experience.
- Essential experience with MRP systems, with SAP being desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
