We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager (F/M) based in Saint Priest.

The Supply Chain Team Manager (F/M) will be responsible for the performance of the supply chain, which includes planning, procurement, distribution and logistics, in order to ensure optimal costs, quality, lead times. The holder of this position will oversee the interface between customer service, global sourcing and manufacturing.

  • Manage and develop the supply chain teams (such as procurement, planning, distribution, logistics, warehouses)
  • Ensure the improvement of the processes (with the ERP system)
  • Advise on the industrial planning within the different plants
  • Plan and develop relevant Key Performance Indicators to monitor the performance of the supply chain
  • Develop the activities of demand planning in collaboration with Global demand planning organization
  • Review and improve the processes of supply chain (quality, costs, lead times and compliance)
  • Participate in global projects between Sartorius sites globally
  • Ensure the compliance with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

What will convince us

  • Academic degree in Engineering or Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in different areas of supply chain — procurement, planning, management of warehouses, with a strong emphasis in management
  • Solid software skills e.g. SAP MM, PP and WM
  • Proven project management skills Proven software skills e.g. MS Office and inventory management software
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer goods industry
  • Fluent in English
