We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of S&OP as well as Demand & Supply Planning processes.
This is your chance to drive high-quality data, streamline reporting and meetings, and play a key role in ensuring smooth, effective decision-making across the regional supply chain.
About the Job
Your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare, consolidate, and validate planning data across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financials to ensure accuracy and readiness for S&OP forums.
- Create and maintain forecasting and capacity planning models to support logistics activities.
- Provide end-to-end administrative and analytical support for S&OP and S&OE processes, including calendar management, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up on actions.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, and presentations for Cluster/Sub-region and Regional S&OP cycles.
- Support scenario planning, gap analysis, and tracking of mitigation actions defined by S&OP leadership.
- Maintain master data, planning assumptions, and version control within relevant planning tools and systems.
- Document meeting outcomes, key decisions, and action items, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to S&OP governance, templates, cadence, and established standard operating procedures.
About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operational analytics roles.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in reporting and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of demand & supply planning, including forecasting and capacity planning.
- Experience with planning tools/ERP systems and data management (validation, master data).
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
