Why This Role Matters
As a Supply Chain Long Term Intern, you'll play a key role in our Supply Chain Team, supporting initiatives that help us deliver excellent service and strengthen customer relationships.
What You'll Do
Gain hands-on exposure to different areas of the Supply Chain organization, including Customer Contact, Customer Care, Key Account Management, and e-Business Solutions
Work closely with the Customer Service Team Leader to support ongoing Customer Service initiatives and projects
Assist the team with documentation, coordination, and daily operational activities
Contribute to team reporting and help maintain organized records and data
Support data gathering and process analysis to help identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Collaborate with team members across functions to ensure smooth and responsive customer service
2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student or a master’s student in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Availability to work at least 3 days per week
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a supportive team environment
Good command of written and spoken Turkish and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP is a plus
Previous internship experience in Customer Service or related areas is a plus
