The Coordinator of the Facility Supply Chain (SC) Logistics implements and communicates the supply chain strategy across all business units and sites within their respective organization. They oversee the delivery of supply chain solutions to the business (e.g., procurement, inventory management, transportation, reporting and analytics, sourcing, etc.). They investigate and shares best practices from different organizations across Franciscan Health sites. They work with teams across areas, such as Supply Management, Inventory Management, Delivery/Distribution, Receiving, Linen and Laundry, Pharmacy, and others.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (availability needed occasionally on weekend)
Assist business units and sites with inventory & operation planning process, inventory balance between distribution centers and consignment locations, and monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory days on hand (DOH) and cost savings targets
Provide consultative, operational, and technical support to the hospitals, management, and Corporate Office in support of the overall management of Supply Chain programs.
Partner with leaders in the business to deliver and execute critical supply chain activity within business units and sites.
Monitor and execute procurement activities, develop inventory strategy, transportation assets/courier optimization, function management strategy, perform root cause analysis for variance drivers, align Supply Chain data with corporate strategy and KPIs, and monitor supplier performance.
Ensure standard policies and procedures for expense management and operations, implement core programs, ensure short/long-term financial objectives are on course, and drive initiatives across supply chain teams that contribute to operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- 3 years of Supply Chain experience required
