Supply Chain & Logistic Lead Benelux

Will you make sure our patients can be treated on time? We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Lead BeNeLux who ensures that our products reach our customers as quickly as possible.

We do everything for our kidney patients! If our patients cannot be treated on time, it can have serious consequences for a kidney patient's life.

In this position, you will be the coordinator between our external and internal stakeholders involved in the process from production to delivery to the patient or customer. A challenging position where you can make an essential contribution to the living conditions of kidney patients.

In this context you will be responsible for:

• Leading the warehouse & logistics service function
• Partnering with the organization to develop, implement, and execute supply chain, logistics & warehousing service practices to increase and maintain customer loyalty and contribute to the financial results of the company
• Directing / coordinating production allocation, purchasing, warehousing / distribution activities, forecasting/ demand planning to limit costs and improve accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Setting and implementing supply chain standards and frameworks that include all requirements coming from legal, compliance and regulatory or other internal or external requirements FME required to meet;

What we are looking for:

• Minimum experience of 2-5 years in logistics area;
• Proficient knowledge of both Dutch and English, good knowledge of French and/or German is considered a plus;
• Communicative person who is proactive and has a problem solving mindset;
• Experience with demand & material planning;
• Knowledge/experience of ERP/MRP;
• Experience in medical devices, health care or pharma industry is considered a plus;
