Responsible for managing the Inbound/Outbound transportation related activities from Termoli site and for organizing the storage and distribution of goods, FG warehouse accountability.
Responsible for production and materials planning, actively managing a team of Asset Planners and Logistics Specialists.
Interfaces with the commercial representatives of each business segment to balance demand and supply; is responsible for identifying and managing bottlenecks and for collaborating with the COE to improve and optimize SIOP and logistics processes and tools.
Identifies bottlenecks related to raw materials and asset loading, leading the necessary actions together with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Ensures compliance with the inventory levels defined by the MRP Controller to guarantee production continuity.
Minimizes unfulfilled and late orders.
Leads the site’s monthly supply reviews.
Identifies any capacity imbalances and ensures that action plans are in place to resolve them, in collaboration with the Operations and Product Management teams.
Promotes safe operations and compliance with transportation regulations, in line with local and global EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
Responsible for budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial walks/cost analyses related to Logistics and Warehouse activities at the Termoli site.
Manages the shipment of non-commercial samples originating from TE02 as part of inbound/outbound activities
Acts as an interface between the internal organization and external logistics partners (3PL & 4PL).
Coordinates the management of the tank container fleet — Momentive‑owned or leased — including inspections, off‑hire processes, and new builds, according to Business needs and EHS/SSA requirements.
Drives improvements in the logistics complaints process, ensuring the achievement of the targets set by the relevant department (Operations).
Leads operational meetings with key suppliers.
Works on the continuous improvement of the logistics services related to the Termoli site, optimizing cost, quality, and performance.
Monitors and continuously improves the performance of logistics service providers, assessing their compliance with assigned KPIs and reporting results to the Termoli Plant Operations Director and the Global Supply Chain Leader.
Creates, maintains, and executes CI projects with the support of the CI team and ensures they are properly recorded in the company systems.
Identifies and implements cost‑reduction opportunities together with Logistics Procurement, while maintaining or improving service levels.
Ensures warehouse stock accuracy.
Serves as the Safety Supervisor (‘Preposto’) pursuant to Article 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
The following are required for the role
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Technical disciplines / Scientific fields or proven experience in Professional Supply Chain roles within the chemical industry or similar industrial sectors.
At least 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain field or, alternatively, at least 10 years in Operations, preferably gained in complex industrial environments; in both cases, proven experience in positions of responsibility is required.
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated project management and time management skills, proven track record of achieving results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Working experience in a global business utilizing an SAP ERP platform.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power point).
Fluent in English & Italian.

At least 5 years of experience in positions of responsibility within the Supply Chain function.
Experience in writing operating procedures & Inventory Management within a warehousing environment.
Certified in Six-Sigma/Lean / Master Black Belt.
